Constitutional Democracy in the European Union
Course description:
The purpose of the course is to teach the student European Constitutional Law and legal aspects of the European Union integration process. Students will gain a fundamental knowledge on Constitution, Founding Principles and objectives of the European Union, National Constitutional Law and the European Union Law, Constitutional Identity and integration, the National Constitutional Courts in the European Integration Process, Europeanisation of Political System of Georgia and other main challenges of constitutional democracy and Integration process in European Union.
